Get started! Here is your step-by-step action plan, all presented FREE via YouTube video lessons.

Part 1) Web Design (build your first website) - 4 videos

 To make money online, the first thing you need to learn is how to make a website. The first lesson teaches you how to make a professional website or blog WITHOUT coding, with WordPress, all in under one hour (this website was built with WordPress…and I don’t know any code!). These are professional websites, on your own domain, with any look that you want (social media buttons, “buy now” buttons, mailing list forms, etc.).

Learning how to build a website and becoming comfortable with the process is the first step to making passive income online (as well as becoming an online entrepreneur).
If you don’t know what to make your first website about, a fun first project could be building a website for your new side business: freelancing websites for others. After all, once you’re done with the first three lessons, you’ll be qualified to build fairly basic, but professional looking websites. Then start charging people $500 per website to make yourself some extra money! When I first learned how to make a website with WordPress, I used to post my services on Craigslist daily, and I would get at least two to three gigs per month. You could simply make your website YourName.com or YourNameWebsiteCreationServices.com.
You can also make yourself a blog about your favorite hobby or one that follows your experiences with building an online business – personal blogs that develop a regular readership make A LOT of money.
Remember: Everyday you don’t start, money is being left on the table.
Start at the first lesson and move forward from there: how to make a website in less than 15 minutes (even if you hardly know how to use a computer!).
In the first three lessons I show you the entire process of making Mike Omar Websites IN UNDER ONE HOUR TOTAL! The lessons you learn there will enable you to make a professional website of any kind with any look you want.
In the fourth lesson I teach you how to protect and backup your websites, so that if any of them go down for any reason (hacks, malware, viruses, etc.), you can restore them easily instead of losing all your work.
Once you’ve created your first website and become comfortable with the process, we can move on to building passive income websites.

Part 2) Keyword Research - 3 videos

Keyword research is arguably one of the most important things that you need to understand in order to make money online.  This process involves figuring out how much passive income a keyword will make when it ranks #1 in Google (using the metrics global monthly search volume and the average Cost Per Click).

The next step is to make an Excel spreadsheet list of thousands of those keywords that will make AT LEAST $20 of passive income per month (although there will be several keywords that will make hundreds of dollars per month).
Once you have your list, the next step is figuring out how difficult it is to rank each keyword #1 in Google through competition analysis.  The keywords with weak competition in current Google results will be your target keywords.
This excel sheet of keywords you develop will be the foundation of your passive income portfolio!

Part 3) Onsite Search Engine Optimization - 3 videos

 Once you’ve made your lists of keywords to target, the next step is to build a website that is fully Search Engine Optimized to start generating organic traffic from Google.  Onsite SEO is the proper way to structure a website so that Google spiders will index it correctly and rank it high in the search engine results pages.
Using the keywords on your Excel spreadsheet in combination with onsite SEO will enable you to make a website that generates a lot of organic traffic. If you monetize your website with Google Adsense, you will have built a passive income website.

Part 4) Monetization - 2 videos

Now that your website is fully Search Engine Optimized, it is time to MONETIZE!  There are a million different ways to monetize a website, but the one we always start with is Google Adsense.  That method will establish a baseline earnings number from which we compare all other monetization techniques.  Click to learn EVERYTHING you need to know about Google Adsense!

Part 5) Search Engine Traffic Generation - 5 videos

The bulk of all traffic on the internet comes from search engines. And by far the biggest search engine is Google. And the entire Google algorithm is based on back links. Therefore, the websites with the most back links ranks the highest in Google and gets the most traffic.
In order for your website to rank for more and more keywords (and make you more and more passive income!), you need to get back links to your website.

Part 6) Massive Action Plan (Goal: $5,000 Passive / Month) - 1 video

Time to take everything you’ve learned in all the prior lessons, put it all together, and go BIG.
Here I will show you a plan of action that should take you 3 to 6 months to complete.  This plan will give you a foundation of websites from which you can start making some good passive income and once you’re done, you’ll also have a much more clear idea of how this whole game works.
And trust me, no matter how many blogs you read or tutorials you watch, nothing will teach you more about this business than actually doing the work and watching the process on your own.
What’s the action plan?  The basic breakdown is 10 separate websites of 10 blue keywords each (all with their related keywords within each article), and each blue keyword has a potential of at least $50 each.  10 * 10 * $50 = $5,000.
The next step is a massive backlinking plan for each homepage and post (all mapped out for you).  Then lastly, an analysis of your traffic and earnings through Google Adsense and Google Analytics to find out what the best performing websites and posts are in your portfolio, and concentrating on those to easily multiply your earnings.
And for those of you whining that this is too much work, I spent A FULL YEAR doing this exact same plan with 120 different websites.  My reward?  I don’t have to work anymore.

Part 7) Selling Digital Products - 2 videos

Time to cut out the middle man and sell your own products using ClickBank!
These products can be anything that can be downloaded, including ebooks, digital videos, pieces of software, or anything else.
What’s cool about these websites is that since the product can be downloaded directly from the website, once you set up your payment portal, these websites are another source of completely passive income!  Every time someone purchases a product, money gets deposited into your bank account and the buyer is redirected to the download page.
TOTALLY PASSIVE INCOME!
Another cool thing about these types of websites is that you can set up an affiliate program (which I will teach you how to do), so that you can build up a sales force of people all sending you traffic!  You decide what percentage you want to pay them for any sales that they generate, and they do all the work for you.  It’s a win-win.

Part 8) Email Marketing - 1 video

Every business in the world should have a newsletter that they send out on a regular basis and the best service available for setting that up is Aweber. Here are a few of the advantages to having an emailing list:
1. Your mailing list will never die, no matter what might happen to your website or business.
2. The newsletter is a constant reminder of your business / services / etc.
3. It is a much more personal way of communicating with your audience.
4. It is the most effective way to communicate with your entire audience at once about time sensitive issues (announcements, special promotions, contests, etc.).
Not only that, setting up a mailing list (with an automated newsletter) is an extremely simple process.

Part 9) E-commerce and Membership Websites

Once you have a full understanding of all the prior lessons, you are ready to take on the two types of websites that can make you SERIOUS passive income:
1) E-commerce: If you are looking for an easy and inexpensive one-stop-shop e-commerce solution, look no further than Shopify.  They have tons of attractive themes to pick from (that are fully customizable), a secure shopping cart included, and free hosting with unlimited bandwidth.
2) Membership websites: To create a membership website, all you need is a regular WordPress website with a membership plugin, and the gold standard for membership plugins is WishList Member. You can offer different membership levels (silver, gold, platinum, etc.) and different membership options (free, trial, one-time payment, monthly, etc.). They also offer easy membership management on the back end and the content on your website can be protected so that it is only accessible to active members. It also fully integrates with different mailing list services (Aweber, etc.) and different payment services (PayPal, ClickBank, etc.).
